With the prison construction progressing, we open up intake to bring in 49 prisoners on Day 7, 19 Minimum Security and 30 Normal Security. This will bring in a large chunk of cash which will allow us to further expand the prison, and fill up the soon to be completed Northern Cell Block.

With Max-Sec Infrastructure Implementation completed, it gives us the money available to allow us to expand the Prison to build the Southern Wing. It would be cheaper to build the Maximum Security block, though we do not have a specific plan in mind.

We also have to start dealing with prisoners who are Snitches and others that will require Protection.
