This video is not a game or MBTI-focused video. But I felt it'd be helpful and I wanted to share it ;)

Video notes:

OVERLOADED
I feel overloaded like I’m taking on more than I can handle.
My body is taking in more stimulation that it can hold. It feels like it’ll explode at some point. Good? Bad? I don’t know, but I’ll cease to exist as I do now. There also feels like a chance that I’ll just sizzle and stop working altogether.

What is overloaded like? An electrical charge.
Where is it coming from? From a cable attached to my arm, but sometimes my leg. Originally it felt like it was a clamp, but upon closer inspection it felt like it was plugged into a socket.
What is the cable attached to on the other side? A giant battery RIGHT-IN FRONT of me. Maybe 5 meters away. It’s my wingspan long, and 7.5 ft or so high. It’s about a wingspan and a half long. There are some buttons, switches, and a glowing red and green alternating light on the front.
Something encouraged me to look down now. I’m standing in a puddle… with a cable attached to my body. Of course I’ll be “overcharged.” (What’s below / under me has been answered)

What’s to the left? It feels like nothing, but nothing is often something. It turns out to be the edge of a cliff. Past the cliff (zoom out) is a massive drop into the ocean and beach below.
What’s to the right? I zoned out and changed the subject by exploring my method of dealing with the situation without knowing it. *must be further explored*
What do I do in this situation? I just stand there and alternate body parts to change the intensity of the charge… just dealing with it, but not taking steps out of the puddle or completely unconnecting the cable. How’s that for advice? Awful! lol

What’s in front? Directly in front if more cliff that cuts towards the right, then back to another peak (like a crescent).
What’s behind? A slope that descends steeply going back towards the sandy beach and some trees.
What’s up? It felt like clouds, then sunny. I shifted my position in real life and looked UP-IN FRONT to see a clear, sunny sky. Directly UP as well as UP-BEHIND is rainclouds. I guess that’s where the puddle came from!

Let’s take some steps.
LEFT - Nope nope nope
RIGHT - I can’t actually step out of the water by going right. The water expands underneath me. *Here, I realize I didn’t actually look at what was RIGHT* It turns out to be a river flowing towards the trees far in the distance to the RIGHT. *It doesn’t quite make logical sense as to how there’d be a river like this, so I’m not sure if there’s something internal blocking my vision. I take a few steps and return to the puddle to explore other directions.*
IN FRONT - I can’t walk straight forward or I’ll fall off the cliff.
RIGHT IN-FRONT - A lightly walked-on path leading towards the battery.
BEHIND - I can’t walk back or I’ll fall off the cliff.
RIGHT-BEHIND - I take a step and start slipping. The water run-off from the river and the steep decline make it really difficult. I stop.

How the heck did I get here?! - I either walked to the edge from below somehow by fighting the incline, I explored out of what was RIGHT and ended up at the edge, or I was airdropped in. Something kept telling me I parachuted down there.

Idioms
I’m overloaded.
I’m on the edge.
I’m a sitting time-bomb.
I’m about to explode.
My body is at its limits.
I’m charged up!
I’m coursing with energy.
I’m in a difficult situation, but haven’t taken steps towards what’s RIGHT IN-FRONT of me.
My environment is conductive and giving me energy / charging me.
I’ve LEFT a peaceful situation.
I’m looking DOWN at what I’ve LEFT.
I’m adapting to a big source of energy.
I’m currently getting charged up.
The path is RIGHT IN-FRONT of me.
The source of energy is RIGHT IN-FRONT.
It’s a massive jolt.
Just doing what’s RIGHT isn’t going to change the situation.
Going with what’s RIGHT might be a good idea, but I don’t know where it’ll lead.
If I do what’s RIGHT, I’ll inevitably lose my connection to the source of energy and excitement.
The situation I’m in is transforming me.
I’m conducting myself this way.
I’m juiced, but worried as well.
I can’t / don't want to go BACK.
It’s looking to be a bright future.
Difficult times have passed (past).
I fell into this situation.

I am NOT certified by anyone - I'm just sharing my journey.
I did take a training course from Andrew Austin's Metaphors in my Attic (http://metaphorsinmyattic.com/) program. His main page is here - http://metaphorsofmovement.co.uk/
and I also read a few Clean Language books (http://www.cleanlanguage.co.uk/).
