For those of you who have already been playing a while, this will seem very basic. If you are new to the game, the video will provide some guidance on how to work with any team. Here are some tips below.
1. Pay attention to what your teammates pick, if a role is currently missing, either take that role yourself or ask someone on your team to do it.
2. Use the tooltips on the right to see whether the team is balanced or missing a criteria (such as no builder)
3. Use the map objective to figure out which hero will help (ex: if you are playing defense, your team shouldn't have 4 offensive heroes)
4. After dying, check if your team has changed or if the team is having difficulty and adjust based on that.

Over time you will learn how to work with your teammates and win more games!
