Overwatch is a team-based multiplayer shooter from Blizzard Entertainment, representing a completely new IP from the developer. Set in an advanced future earth, an international task force known as the Overwatch has left a legacy in a world that still needs heroes.
Currently the gameplay consists of 6v6 battles in two game modes. Overwatch features a wide array of unique heroes, ranging from a time-jumping adventurer, to an armored, rocket-hammer-wielding warrior, to a transcendent robot monk. Every hero plays differently, and mastering their abilities is the key to unlocking their potential. No two heroes are the same!
This is a buy to play game developed by Blizzard Entertainment set to launch May 24th. Pre-purchases are now available which will grand you early access May 3rd - 4th with open beta May 5th - 9th.
