Overwatch: NEW Meta Team Composition - Hanzo Mei Baptiste Combo
3,364It didn't take long for high level Overwatch players to solve the best way to play on this patch. With barriers weaker, cover is key and thus heroes that either play the best with cover like Hanzo/Baptiste or actually create their own like Mei's wall are best. This team composition is best for high level gameplay who have great discipline on when they should and shouldn't peak into damage but should feel a LOT harder to play at lower ranks where teamfights are far more messy. Also, the heroes alone don't just win with free synergy like previous metas, or brain-dead 'run at them' strategies, you actually have to have excellent engagement control and usage of Immortality Field and Mei walls to create the sustain that makes this comp feel unkillable and if that play (or the tank play) isn't strong enough, you'll find that many heroes can shred through it like tin foil. This isn't a comp for low level players really, but is a good template to aspire your play to and at the very least adapt the reasons why it works if not the entire team comp itself.
