The devs updated the PTR once more and laid out their plans for Season 3! Let's take a look at 'em alongside going over the individual heroes more under a microscope, and how the current changes hit the meta. If any big news comes out in the next few days, expect me to be a bit late (even by my standards) on it - I'll be in Italy until the 31st! Apologies if the video seems a little rough in spots, rendering issues meant I had to restructure it last minute. As in, I literally hit upload and left the house last minute, before travelling.
