You can now turn extra materials like granite and sandstone into sand using the rock granulator! No more running out of sand late game.
You can refine metal ore into pure metal and alloys using the metal refinery.
People are going to come up with some AMAZING stuff using the logic circuits. It opens up an entire new system in the game.
You can now get down the map very fast using the fire pole. You'll want a ladder to get back up though since the pole is very slow to climb.
