Welcome everybody! To Let's play Oxygen Not Included Gameplay, part 1 – First impression. We have ended up inside an asteroid! In the middle of the space! With little supplies form earth we need to make a basic colony here on this space rock! We start out by learning how to dig, building and secure our shelter. We then need to worry about food, sleeping area and even toilets! You may think Oxygen Not Included items and furniture are without sense ? Well After starting to do the research We quickly discover how complex Oxygen Not Included is and how all the furniture combine in to a gigantic circle of production!
But first things first, Oxygen Not Included is the game made by Klei the same people who did the game called Don’t starve. As in Don’t starve your main problem is food that here is the oxygen! So You better start to worry about it soon! In Oxygen Not Included we have some of the furniture that will help us produce more oxygen but the chemical control of our base is actually complex and quite easy to understand. The good stuff goes up, the bad stuff goes down. Simple as that. We need to worry about beds first, that comes in easy as we can just mine a room to put the beds inside. We have a small supply of food already so we can work on that for now. With the beds in place time to worry about other problems. Whats that smell ? Oh one of the colonists manage to change the color of his pants ?Well time to make the toilets fast! Toilets are not the great place to relax for our colonists in Oxygen Not Included but also they will soon provide materials for the farm to work! And we will need to make that quick! Speaking of farms, time to make some food station. For now we will eat a very delicate delicacy mixed of water and dirt. For now its gonna last till we won’t be able to start our own farming! With farming we will be able to grow plants, but plants need water! There are some water bodies around our starting position inside the asteroid of Oxygen Not Included. But don’t flood the base! You wan’t it to work not swim in it! With water, food, oxygen, beds and toilets we have estabilished the basic needs for our colonists. Next on the list is to make some research center! With it we can start to develop new items new furniture. But with new furniture in Oxygen Not Included there comes new problems, new issues of the asteroid base that we need to solve! The deeper we go the more muddy it gets! In Oxygen Not Included we can also find a few types of materials. All of them are needed for different part of our base production and construction. Metal is needed to build new furniture and security. Federalized is needed for the farms, dirt is needed for… food at the start Oxygen Not Included. While agile will power up the oxygen making devices inside of our base! Soon there will be way more fun to play and more monsters to fight… as some of them lurke in the next rooms!
