[P5R] Shadow Okumura - 3 Party Members, No Items, Arsène Only, No DLC, No Overleveling, Hard Mode

I've been doing a challenge run of Persona 5 Royal lately with the following rules:
Only 3 party members may be in combat at a time
I can only use Arsène in combat for Joker
I cannot use any items during combat (and my items outside of combat are restricted to 3 HP and 3 SP per infiltration)
No DLC is allowed
I must respect a self imposed level cap of the next next boss' level
Hard Difficulty
Okumura is often regarded as a problematic boss for many players and has many rules that can make it a challenge. Naturally, this meant that I had to prepare to be able to take him down with these restrictions. This video doesn't serve as a go-to strategy guide for the fight but rather as a flex because my ego needs it... Jokes aside, I hope that if anyone struggling with this fight can use this video as a source of ideas they can employ or of things they might not have picked up on.
Ironically this wasn't the hardest boss of the run, that honour lowkey goes to Wakaba or Madarame
