It's Part 4, for real this time! This is where the game starts to get a bit dicey for me. The platforming elements of this game are still quite fun and well done, but the combat goes from being mind-numbingly tedious in the ruins to being very cheap and not a lot of fun in the burning tower. The primary problem is just those robots who shoot lasers from a distance and fly away when you get close; they were already pretty annoying before, but now they have extra shields so that it takes even longer to defeat them than before. It might not be so bad if the butt bounce wasn't so jank, but, you know. I miss the old days of simple platforming enemies that only took one hit to beat.

Additionally, the amount of music-less background silence in this video was just crazy to me. I had to manually edit in even more BGM than usual, and the vid isn't even a full hour long! I've said it so many times before, but I really don't understand why the developers did this.

I don't want to sound totally negative, but at this point the game is being divded ever more distinctly into two halves - the half I like (the platforming) and the half I dislike (the combat). I think it's ultimately going to take this game from a mild recommend to the "only if you're a Pac-Man fan" territory.
