As the final leg of my two-week European Extravaganza trip, my best friend Eriana and I found ourselves in Barcelona, Spain for four days. We toured the Gothic Quarter, visited some of famed architect Antoni Gaudi's most iconic work, paddle boarded in the Mediterranean Sea, and hiked through the Montserrat Mountains. Plus. we basically ate our way through all four days of our adventure.
