Here's part 30 of my Painkiller Black Edition playthrough for the PC. The Black Edition has the main game, and its expansion, Battle Out of Hell. This covers level C6L5, Dead City.

In this playthrough I play on Nightmare difficulty, unlock all tarot cards and find all secrets and holy items (there will be additional videos for Trauma and Extras content).

Gold Cards Used: The Sceptre, Iron Will, Double Time Bonus
Silver Cards Used: Mercy, Soul Catcher
Card Unlocked: Demon Morph (Gold - Morph into Demon)
Card Unlocking Requirement: Finish the Level in Maximum 20 Minutes

Also of note, this playthrough uses checkpoints only. I don't use any quicksaving!
