Here's part 28 of my Painkiller Black Edition playthrough for the PC. The Black Edition has the main game, and its expansion, Battle Out of Hell. This covers level C6L3, Lab.

In this playthrough I play on Nightmare difficulty, unlock all tarot cards and find all secrets and holy items (there will be additional videos for Trauma and Extras content).

Gold Cards Used: Magic Gun, Iron Will, Double Time Bonus
Silver Cards Used: Soul Catcher, Replenish
Card Unlocked: Sceptre (Gold - All Enemies Are Weak)
Card Unlocking Requirement: Finish the Level Using Bolt Gun Only

Also of note, this playthrough uses checkpoints only. I don't use any quicksaving!
