As the end of Classic looms upon the horizon, I got some time to reflect on the class after playing a HOLY Paladin in Classic for more than a year, my goal from the get-go was to play the archetype as it was intended, with the Tier sets made for the class and to act upon the role of the Paladin.

While reaching the higher levels I quickly realized that most of the metas were mainly in people's head and were part of a more toxic/hyper competitive environment which sadly exists in the game, amongst other unexplored psychological realities, making many Paladins bow to a playstyle that is unappealing and was never meant to exist in the original development of the game.
