Got a very lucky 7 crit run so I had another rocket launcher left over.

Turns out building for player damage completely wrecks building for pal damage, who would have thought?
Hopefully I didn't forget any other avenue for extra damage boosts.

What you need to do this (you don't need ALL of it but why not get the most you can?):
-8 Legendary Rocket Launchers (For safety. 7 is evidently enough but critting after the first volley is extremely hard)
-49 points into attack (Could swap a point to weight so you can carry more stuff on your way to trying this)
-4* Chillet w/ Vanguard (Every other trait is QoL)
-4 4* Gobfins w/Vanguard (Every other trait is QoL)
-2x +2 Attack Pendants
-Mozzarina Cheeseburger (or the other +20% attack food)
-Enough patience to reset the fight over and over for Victor to not freeze you or fly away.

This "build" is obviously not viable for normal gameplay but you obviously don't need this much attack either. 20 points into attack, a bit into life and the rest into weight, 2 +2 Defense Pendants, Stronghold Strategist on all your Gobfins/main mount, swap out a Gobfin for a Jetragon for movement and you win the game.
