This Vampyr walkthrough guide will show you how to get the citizen quest "pandora's box" and how to complete the local investigation.
You need to retrieve Usher Talltree's notebook which has been stolen by the Priwen Agents. The Notebook is inside a locked safe in the basement of Doris Fletcher's theater. When you enter the theater you may not find any guard although you might hear their voices. But the theater is empty (I don't know if it's a bug or not). Head down to the basement into the room with the safe and read the note on the board. After you read the note a couple of guards will spawn in the theater (on second floor). Kill them to take the safe key. Open the safe and retrieve Usher Talltree's notebook and return it him.
If you read the notebook before returning you will unlock a hint about Usher. If you decide to return the notebook without reading it you will be rewarded with a collectible (but you won't get the hint).
