This Vampyr walkthrough guide will show you how to gather all the ingredients for the antidote and prepare the antidote in the main quest "antidote" from chapter 6.
Head back outside the theatre and make your way to Lady Ashbury’s house. After talking to her, you will be in the final stretch of the game and should complete any side quests or anything else that you want to do, since after you fight the final boss, you will be locked into the epilogue forever and will be unable to come back to the main area of the game.
With that being said, you are tasked with gathering 3 items to use in the final battle, go and obtain them in whatever order you wish. When attempting to gather the blood from lord Redgrave, if you chose to kill Aloysius Dawson, then you must sneak around the back of the house in order to get in to talk to him.
Once you gather all 3 ingredients, head to any hideout to craft the serum and then head back to the Skal hive to have your final boss fight.
