This Vampyr walkthrough guide will show you how to complete the epilogue "healthy carrier".
The final chapter of the game serves as an epilogue and has no combat, and no alternate paths or anything of that nature. Instead, simply make your way into the castle via the cracked wall to your left.
After getting inside, make your way to the main room (the one with the huge painting) and use your Vampire senses on it. This will reveal a sword and a moon, which are the panels that you need to press in order to find the secret path leading to the basement, and Lady Ashbury.
From here, simply talk to the characters that are downstairs to learn as much as you want about the story. After that, the final cutscenes will roll, and depending on your decisions throughout the game, you will witness one of four possible endings, followed by the credits!
