You take on the role of little girl Ting. She has a ghost friend named Xiu. Together with her, Ting goes through the stages of growing up, makes new friends, helps ghosts and tries to keep her family from falling apart.
The gameplay with visual novel style conversations alternates with walking around 3D locations. You pick up and use objects, complete tasks from the journal, look for secrets, solve puzzles and play story mini games (including stealth and arcade with quick button pressing).
