Paper Lily Chapter 1 is a fully fledged game made in RPG Maker. It is also marketed as a psychological horror game. It is horror alright, but I don’t see the psychological part.

It’s a neat little indie game that had lots of love poured into. I think that it does have too much missed potential for my own liking. They could have pushed more into the horror of this world but they didn’t really.
