Welcome everyone to Paper Mario Color Splash Part 9 The Crimson Tower.

In this episode, Redeye, Mario, and Huey head for The Crimson Tower next. They find the Super Toads at the gate and get it open. After that, they encounter a Airship making off with a bucket load of paint and hitch a ride on it. Redeye and Mario battle the Shy Guys for the paint and restore the outside of the Crimson Tower. They then enter the tower and start coloring all of the colorless spots while battling enemies. Redeye, Mario, and Huey soon find Morton and follow him up the tower to where the Big Red Paint Star is. They have an epic battle with Morton and claim the Big Red Paint Star. Redeye and Mario collect the Cat-o-Luck Thing Card and hit the last colorless spot in the level. With the level at 100%, Mario grabs the Big Red Pain Star.

The Big Red Paint Star flies over Sunglow Ridge and restores the color to the gate. It then heads back to Port Prisma and shares its memory with Mario and Huey. Bowser then appears but in black paint and flies away on another Airship. He also kidnap's Princess Peach ending the episode.

Tips for viewers trying to find all of the cards in the game. Here are some lists of what I found in the episode. I also played through a second time off camera to see if some enemies could be fought again or not.

Basic Cards I found in the level by hitting a yellow block.

- Line Jump.
- KO Hammer.
- Hopslipper.
- Hammer X2
- KO Hammer.
- Big Hammer.

Basic Cards found from coloring the colorless spots.

- Hammer.
- Worn-Out Hammer.
- Worn-Out Jump X3.
- Worn-Out Hammer X3.
- Worn-Out Hammer X5. I would suggest to you viewers you donate this card early if you don't use it in battle. I think there is another place where you can find it if you did use it. I will see as I go with the rest of the walkthrough.
- KO Hammer.
- Hammer.
- Jump.
- Hopslipper.

Enemies found my first time playing the level on camera. Note some enemies may not be in the level when you play through it a second time.

- Airship battle with Shy Guys is a one time deal and does not appear again if you go through the level a second time. Shy Guys found on the ship include, Red Shy Guys, and one Red Spike Guy with four Red Shy Guys.
- Goombas are in the tower and are collectible cards. They are always here in the level.
- Morton is the boss of the level. He can only be battled once. His card can be picked up by beating a Roshambo Temple Wizard at Temple number 1.
- Red Shy Guy and Red Shield Guy.
- Red Shy Guys are common in the first part of the tower. They are on the belt along with a couple of Goomba.
- Accordion Goombas are not collectible. The best way to beat them is with Thing Cards or Hammer card attacks. Jump attacks don't work on them.
- Two Koopa Paratroopa can be found on the stairs. They are always there.
- Red Spike Guy with two Red Shield Guys and a Yellow Slurp Guy.
- Red Spike Guy with Yellow Spike Guy, Blue Spike Guy, and Red Slurp Guy.
- Red Shy Guy with Red Shield Guy and Yellow Slurp Guy.
- Red Shy Guy with Red Shield Guy and Blue Spike Guy.

Enemies found my second time through the level off camera.

- Goomba always in level.
- Red Shy Guy with Red Shield Guy always in level.
- Red Shy Guy with Red Shield Guy and Blue Spike Guy can be found on belt in first area.
- Accordion Goombas are always in level. They are not collectible. Use Hammer Cards and Thing Cards to beat them. Jump cards don't work.
- Koopa Paratroopa always in level.
- Red Spike Guy with Red Shield Guy, Red Shield Guy and Yellow Slurp Guy are always in level.
- Red Spike Guy with Yellow Spike Guy, Blue Spike Guy, and Red Slurp Guy are always in level.
- Red Shy Guy, Red Shield Guy, and Yellow Slurp Guy are always in level.
- Red Shy Guy, Red Shield Guy, and Blue Spike Guy are always in level.

Cutouts in level to be found two. The first cutout can be found on the pillar as you go up the staircase and is shaped like a thunderbolt. It contains two Hammer cards. The second cutout is where Morton breaks the stairs and you use it here to be able to reach the other entrance to reach the top of the tower.

Thing Cards found in the level.

- The Cat-o-Luck Thing Card can be found at the top of the tower. If you use the card in battle you can either buy it again from the Wringer or come back to the Crimson Tower and find it at the top again.

Luigi cutout location. None in this level.

As long as you battle all of the enemies in the level, you will find them. Good luck collecting the cards viewers! I hope my lists help all of you.
