Part 31 of a 100% walkthrough for Paper Mario: Color Splash played on Nintendo Wii U. In this part we complete the Piper sidequest, locate the remaining cut-outs, and clear Roshambo Temples #7 & #8. All achievement flags are now cleared.

These are the achievement flags:
- Collect 10,000 coins -- This should be easy. Roshambo Temple rewards are huge.
- Purchase 200 Battle Cards -- Easy when you already collected 10,000 coins. You can just purchase jump cards and then re-sell them.
- Locate all cut-outs -- This one's a little tricky, but luckily there's a Toad to help you.
- Color all colorless spots -- Each levels shows how much % of the colorless spots you have painted, so that definitely helps.
- Get 200 "Excellent"'s in battles. -- You should get this while completing the game regulary.
- Defeat all 8 Rock-Paper Wizards -- Do I have to explain?

This will be a 100% walkthrough of the game showing the locations for all colorless spots, Things, Luigi cameos' and items/characters.
