✏ ️ Ruffy and the Riverside has a great art style with clear inspiration to Paper Mario. It's described as an open-world 3d platformer, but I'd say it's more of a puzzle game (puzzle being used very loosely) with fetch quests and too much backtracking.. I played for about an hour and cut that down to 10 minutes.
