Paper Mario [N64] (Part 3) No Action Command = Normal RPG... For Now

Yeah... I think one of my gripes about this game is at the very beginning of it, you can not use any action commands until you get further in the game, past the prologue. Meanwhile in pretty much every other Mario RPG game you CAN use the action command, some even before you are given a tutorial on it.
Pretty much... expect us to be playing a normal RPG game for a few more parts... then after that, we will have what makes Mario RPG games different from the normal RPG!
