Paper Mario Part 2 - Prologue - The Broken Gate
4After Mario was defeated by Bowser and knocked out of Peach's Castle. He ends up at Goomba Village. With a little help from the Star Spirits and the Goomba family, Mario has recovered from unconsciousness and is back on his feet again.
He must head to Tead Town. Unfortunately, the gate is broken and he can't proceed. To do that, he must wait a little bit until Goompapa fixes the gate. Kill some time by going to the Goomba House Veranda and talking to Goompa.
This will be enough for Goompapa to fix the gate. Talk to Goompapa. Unfortunately Kammy Koopa comes and slams a giant yellow box on the gate. You need the hammer to break it. So head back to the veranda, now gone and you fall straight down.
