4To get the Super Speedy Radial Racing Tires, you must fix Chuck's flat tire. To do thar you must go to his tire shop and get a tire patch kit and cut it into the shape of the hole on his tire (either Square or Triangle). Please note that you need to find Pete's hook and return it to him before doing that.
After you fix Chuck's flat tire, he'll drive back to his tire shop. Go there to, and he'll give a 50% discount on the tires you need for the race for helping him. The tires cost 4 coins altogether with the discount.
