Floors 41-60 of the Pit of 100 Trials. Spike Shield helps to take care of Flying Spike Tops,and Ice Power for the Embers. Bulky Bobombs and Poison Pokeys are also around. Floors 50+ is when you should start being careful,especially if you have low HP like me. Badge bandits,Dark Boos,Ice Puffs,and Red Chomps make up most of the enemies around these floors. Starting to heat up,but it still shouldn't be too hard at this point.
