Yep,good ol' Sigma is back,and he's tougher than his previous 2 versions. Now he has an energy shield that reflects all attacks. All you can do is shoot him when he lowers it between attacks. On the ground,he'll fire 6 fireballs that can crawl along the walls,and always in the pattern of low high middle. He then jumps in the air and fires 3 fireballs either right at X or down the middle and up both walls. As his HP drops,he'll start tossing his shield at you. He's very hard to hit in this form,so just wait for an opening. He's weak to Spinning Blade. His final form is Kaiser Sigma,a giant robot. When he's on the right,he'll fire homing missiles at X. When he's on the left,he'll fire homing missiles at X,and a giant laser beam when he's on the right. He also constantly releases mines regardless of where he is. He has no weakness,only the X-Buster hurts him,on his head. This fight is very difficult,particularly because of the constant mines. Utilize your air dashes and take your time aiming for the head. He's hard,but you can do it. After he's defeated,he tries to possess X,and makes lava rise. Don't die here whatever you do! Zero ends up saving the day,slashing Sigma with an antivirus. X and Zero look on as the fortress explodes,and the narrator foreshadows a battle to the death between X and Zero. Thus ends Mega Man X3,see you next time in X4!
