We recently got to experience Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door for the first time right after completing the original Paper Mario. While we found Paper Mario to be a lot of fun, it definitely showed signs of aging in some aspects. TTYD, remaster or not, seems to rectify a lot of the original's shortcomings like partner health in our opinion.
