Build your hand, play cards to apply their effects, and decide if you want to end the round. You decide whether to take the risk: end the round immediately or give others an extra turn to try to score more points?
Paper Oceans is a game with a set collection mechanic. On your turn, you must add a card to your hand, apply any effects the cards grant, and decide whether or not to end the round.
Draw a card and add it to your hand.
Apply the effects of the cards, if they have any.
If you accumulate seven or more points, you must decide whether to end the round immediately or give your opponents a chance to accumulate more points.
