Paradigm was at CES 2016 with a glistening pair of white tower speakers that wowed us with their clean, transparent and powerful sound. They're so new, they don't even have a name yet, but Rob Sample with Paradigm said that the names "Ultra" and "Concept" have come up.

Whatever they end up being called, don't look for these babies at Fry's as they're going to be in the neighborhood of $40,000. However, there will eventually be a whole line of less-spendy models featuring some of the tech involved, which includes drivers constructed from lightweight Beryllium.

DT's Caleb Denison chatted with Sample about the new towers and what makes them sound so amazing.
