Ability Order -
Unlock Rocket Dash, Nitro and Grenade in this order.
Focus on Rocket Dash and Nitro, prioritising Rocket Dash. Once both are fully upgrade start upgrading Grenade.

You can unlock Twinblast's ultimate but I find his basic attacks are much better and your points are better spent on Nitro and Rocket Dash. Of course once you hit level 15 you will have all abilities maxed so it's not a big deal if you want to use the ultimate earlier on.
