Paramount Flashers, Inc. was founded on September 29th, 2002 in San Diego, California, founded by former Paramount Pictures CEO Sherry Lansing, and is headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Paramount Flashers, Inc. specializes in Flash animations produced and distributed by the distribution arm of Paramount Pictures.
Paramount Flashers, Inc. has released multiple films and television shows, including the hit film "Animator vs Animation" (2006) by American animator Alan Becker, along with the funding of multiple Animator vs Animation projects, including "Animation vs Minecraft", "Animation vs League of Legends", "Animation vs Pokemon", "Animation vs Super Mario Bros", and their latest, titled "Animation vs Arcade Games".

An Animator vs Animation Co-Production (formerly Animator vs Animation Productions, Inc.) was an American animation production company founded by Alan Becker, and was launched in November 2011, until it was shut down in June 2021, just 5 months before its 10 Year anniversary.
An Animator vs Animation Co-Production funded the making of several Animator vs Animation films and episodes, before it stopped funding the making in June 2021, when it was merged into Paramount Flashers.
In June 2021, An Animator vs Animation Co-Production announced that they will be going into a merger with Paramount Flashers, Inc., an American production and Flash animation company. They also said "we will no longer be distributing Animator vs Animation when we finished merging with Paramount Flash Animations, Inc. Paramount Flash Animations will be taking reign in distributing the Animator vs Animation franchise". On June 28th, An Animator vs Animation Co-Production fully merged with Paramount Flashers.

Animator Films, Inc. is an American-British animation distribution company owned by Paramount Flashers, Inc., and owned by its parent company, ViacomCBS.
Animator Films, Inc. was founded on December 12th, 2009 by Alan Becker, the founder of An Animator vs Animation Co-Production.
Animator Films, Inc. distributed multiple Animator vs Animation films, including its upcoming 6th film, "Animator vs Animation VI", set to be released sometime in 2022.
Before Animator Films, Inc. was owned by ViacomCBS, it was previously owned by the Japanese multinational company Sony, and had the "a Sony Pictures Entertainment company" byline on the logo before it was replaced with "A ViacomCBS Company".
