Park Workout - Quick Dips Routine

I'm sorry I wasn't able to record the actual workout (it took me about 30 minutes), but there were too many people around :/
Routine (these are the numbers that I did, but you can change them depending on your level):
- 17 16 15 14 13 15 dips on parallel bars (90 total), 1:30 min rest
- 17 16 15 14 13 15 dips on straight bar (90 total), 1:30 min rest
- 5 slow dips + max contraction 30s x 4 sets
