This video was my deep dive trying to understand exactly what makes a coaster have either a high nausea or a low one. What I found is summarised below:

The max nausea on a coaster with no inversions is 50. You can make a coaster go super fast and have tons of turns but it seems to be a hard cap.

The Max nausea on a coaster with inversions is 100. It is not hard to max out if you have lots of inversions (10+)

You can have high nausea at low speed if there are still a lot of inversions.

Angle of the track seemed to have no effect on nausea.

Park visitors can definitely puke :)
