All testing for this character was done on July 14th, 2016 on the PTR server. I will try to update this if I hear of any major changes to how the ability works.

Ana's Sleeping Dart is a strong effect and this video shows some testing that we did to see how it interacted with different enemy abilities. I am going to try and detail below the short answer as well as some of the edge cases.

Short description - It interacts pretty much how you would expect in most cases. If you hit an enemy before it shoots, then you can expect to stop the projectile from coming out. However, if an effect is activated (like an ultimate with a 10 second timer) then the ultimate will remain in place regardless of whether the character is asleep or awake. There is a suprising interaction with Zenyatta Ultimate, Zenyatta cannot be put to sleep while his ability is active (the theory we have is that the healing is stronger than the 5 damage from the sleeping dart). We also had a weird reaction with the Lucio ultimate where sometimes the ult would activate right when the dart hits and would negate the effect almost immediately. I found out later that Lucio's overheal can actually wake up people that are sleeping? I didn't get a chance to test but will confirm as soon as I can. Other than that, everything reacted as it would normally. If you hit someone right before they activated an Ult, then they would retain there charge. When McCree activated his ult, he drops to 50, so being put to sleep would stop him, but he still had the 50 ult charge.

I think that sums it up. Let me know what you think or if there is anything else we should test. I skipped over any characters/abilities that seemed obvious or didn't have any effect on each other.
