This is Total War = Must declare war on any faction I encounter, no peace treaties. Also not allowing confederations in this campaign.

Goblin/Spider-Only = Can only recruit Goblin Great Shamans, Goblin Big Bosses, Goblins/Goblin Archers, Nasty Skulkers, Forest Goblin Spider Riders/Archers and Arachnarok Spiders. No restriction on non-recruited units e.g. in garrisons.
