All player units become generics, having reduced base stats and changed growth rates equivalent to that of enemy units.
Recalculated base stats will be estimated from these enemy growth rates.
Units gain (Base Level-1) * Growths as base stats, rounded.
Promoted units get 9 extra levels of growths (as if they promoted at level 10).
Weapon ranks are reduced to only be able to use starting weapons.
No other changes.
