Yowza, last testament down! This is the very last chance before the end to save and use your skill points, then it's... final boss-time.
It's been a long time coming, but here it is. And it's preceded by a rather lengthy cutscene. And will only be concluded two (!) videos from now - the last Omega has a ton of HP, I kid you not.
Note that the database is now 100 % complete, qualifying me for a reward - if I hoof it back to the Elsa. Going there right now? No smurfing way!

So, the million dollar question: Is Wilhelm evil?
I would argue that he isn't - that he's... essentially low on EQ. (Don't know EQ? Like IQ, only for social skills.) I have a little more to say about that in the commentary. This is how he wants to save the world from, presumably, heat death - we/Yeshua/Jesus/chaos have a different opinion, so we HULK-SMASH him. Democratic discourse at its finest, eh?
