partenoplay is also training with two internships to learn how to teach through play!
we are back at Partenoplay: the game fair for everyone, an event that aims to offer a 360° vision of the game, completely different from what we are used to, an opportunity for growth and training thanks to fun.
In a completely new location, with well-organized and large spaces, those of the church of San Vitale, Partenoplay is back after a year's break in which it sowed and grew the fruits of this new and very interesting edition, Viviana Luongo, one of the organizers of the event but also part of the Cooperativa Sociale Progetto Uomo, spoke to us about all this.
Viviana told us about the goals that Progetto Uomo and Partenoplay share: a vision that brings together fun, opportunities for growth and training that the game offers in all its declinations: board game, manual game, role-play, game with the body. Partenoplay has, in fact, implicitly offered in the many rooms of the church of San Vitale all this type of educational play experiences, also involving the CNR and other research institutions that have given us the opportunity to discover science thanks to play.
But on day zero, Partenoplay also offered two workshops, open to teachers, operators, students and enthusiasts, in which we had the opportunity to learn how to apply two visions of play to teaching: Vera Vaiano made us discover Circus Pedagogy, while Vivien Valli gave us the opportunity to discover the prerogatives of Storytelling and Role Playing in teaching.
But of course Partenoplay was also an opportunity to sit around the table to play role playing, board games, try prototypes, thanks to associations and enthusiasts!
Partenoplay is an event of the project A city to play of the Municipality of Naples, Department of Social Policies, Childhood and Adolescent Policy Service!
