As of the September PC update, this no longer works, as the game will detect changes to the BmGame.ini file. Sorry. :(

1. Head to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\DLC\356620\Content\BmGame\Config , and paste the following code into BmGame.ini (under the bottom line):

.ShowcaseItems=( Page="Batmobiles", Item="BatmobileJokerfied", Skin="Playable_BatmobileFunhouse_Std", Levels="Showcase_Ambient_Background|Showcase_Batmobiles_Jokerfied", Camera="BatmobileJokerfied", SortIndex=10, Unlocked=TRUE )

2. Now go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\DLC\356620\Content\BmGame\CookedPCConsole , and move there the files from this zip folder: http://www.mediafire.com/download/vwp5l1n7kiiv7t9/Jokermobile+files.zip

3. You can now equip the Jokermobile from the character showcase screen. Enjoy!
