Today I show you a free hack and CFW guide for 11.14.0-46 with the Browser-Exploit & universal-otherapp. An exploit called "agbhax" is used for this. This can be found in the AGB_FIRM of the 3DS and, due to the browser hack, only works on the New3DS consoles for the time being.
