Today we visit the most nerfed build in the history of Path of Exile 2 and that's Arc Archmage mana Stacker, we tried to make it powerful again with smart passive tree planning and efficient itemization (Only budget items allowed), to my surprise the result was a strong build that can still clear the highest tier of maps at the hardest settings and destroy end-game bosses with ease, i am still tinkering with the build so expect further improvements in the near future.
