Recently, the game stopped remembering skills placed on weapons after weapon swapping weapons. (Put Cyclone on my 2h, swap to alt weapon for Portal, swap back-- game forgets Cyclone on primary weapon.)
I figured out exact steps required to replicate the problem. It has to do with removal of an attack skill from the second weapon set. (I don't actually use my second weapon set except to level skill gems, like a lot of people I suspect.)
If the second weapon set does not have an attack skill AND you do not have the attack skill in the same place as the attack skill from the first weapon set, then the game forgets the first weapon set's attack skill after weapon swap.
