This is the ending in 1.0.3, showing the correct conclusion. Useful for those who might be struggling to get to the original 400 colonists objective. Note that in 1.0.5 the devs have made the mission easier both removing the time limit on the mission AND reducing the required colonists to achieve mission success AND lowering initial (default) difficulty.

I am by no means a strategy expert, but I'm happy to entertain any questions about the videos. (I mean, if you know how to play, you'll see all the waste in my defenses. Having had to play this like 8 times because of a campaign save bug in the game, I've become quite adept at this one mission.)

I chopped out the middle part because watching the slog is akin to watching paint dry. (Especially because of having to repeat this endlessly because of the campaign save bug.) Plus, flat mode is ugly yo!
