Mandatory Gem Setup:

Chest Must be Volls Protector! at least 4l to make it work, 5l if you want to stay alive
SpecThrow keep lvl1, GMP, Cast on Crit, Discharge, Life leech

any 4l gear for ele reflect mobs
SpecThrow lvl1, GMP, Cast on Crit, Ethereal Knives

Auras: Grace

You can see im wrecking things even with only a 5l. Most of the power of this build comes from the Skilltree, only Volls Protector is needed which you can get for a few chaos and link it yourself.
As for the rest go for Armour or Evasion, maybe even hybrid gear. Although you shouldnt have any mana problems thanks to lvl 1 SpecThrow. For a weapon use a dagger with some spell dmg and crit notes on it. When you have some currency buy Maligaros Virtuosity, gives some good dmg boost.
