This is my theory craft for a full, or mostly full cond-converted tornado shot build, using methods to get arround the high-end budget of the dex-stacking variant of the build, Instead relying on uniques, and inate in-game mechanics to easily deal with clear, and single target both at once, this is a full theory craft with random stuff used as is, and will be thought about more , and tweaked to a end-game standpoint, most likely dealing bossing, and single target damage with ease!
