FAQ:
How do you start the loop?
I have a weapon crafted with Essence of Insanity in my weapon swap, so pressing weapon swap twice will summon some spirits, then kill them, which procs Heartbound Loop.

What spectres do you use?
I was using Lithomancer and Stoneskin Flayer, but that won't be relevant starting next patch, when spectre life will be more normalized. Ideally, just pick the highest-life spectre in the game.
