2When you un-assign workers ( Idle on the right )= Don't have to pay them.
If you assign workers to a job = You pay hour/wage.
If you assign workers and there is no work = You STILL pay hour/wage.
Meaning, you need to make sure there is a job for them ( find mining ore Altar throughout maps ) OR remove them from that job post.
Same with blacksmit and Farming. If you leave them there, even if there's no work, they still get paid by hour. It is up to you to manage this :)
