Pathfinder: Wrath of The Righteous- Halaseliax and The Revolt At The Ziggurat (Act 5)
0This episode focuses on talking to Hal and dealing with the consequences of abandoning the Lich path. TLDW, the consequences are actually extremely mild. My main concern was loosing access to vampire units. It turns out I get to keep Skeltons, Zombies, and Vampire units, I just don't get access to the massive amount I get at the start of act 5 on the Lich Path. All of the skeleton guards in the Ziggurat also remain loyal to me.

The biggest downside is the loss of the Lich Spellbook, the few Lich bonuses I gained from the mythic path, the summons I gained from the mythic path, and the worthless undead companions I had collected. Note, you keep the undead companions all the way up until you enter the Ziggurat. The undead champions that attack you in the Ziggurate are meant to be a reflection of your undead companions, so if that part is too hard you might be able to cheese it by having those companions die in a field before returning to the Ziggurat (or just dismiss/ lay them to rest at the end of act 4.)

I planned on doing the first mythic Dragon quest next time, but when attempting to record it I found that it is deeply tied to the main story of act 5 and is impossible to complete without first taking care of the demon army fortifications near Iz and the prison. I also had to enter the prison for the quest... As of writing this message, I'm not to that point in the Lich playthrough, so I'm not going to go into it blind on the Dragon path.

Next time I plan on taking care of the relatively short companion quests. The order will be Regill, Greybor, then Ember. Of the three Ember's quest is the longest. Regill's will take roughly 10 minutes, Greybor's will take maybe about the same amount.
